1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AwaazUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
AwaazUp is a personal brand operating system for LinkedIn. It provides AI-powered content generation, journey documentation, carousel creation, and content calendar features designed for Indian professionals.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
AwaazUp is a subscription product billed every 6 months. Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each 6-month period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- AwaazUp Plan: ₹750 + ₹135 GST (18%) = ₹885 per 6 months
- Auto-renewal is mandatory at the time of signup
- You may cancel anytime before the next renewal date
All prices include 18% IGST as per Indian tax regulations. A GST-compliant tax invoice (with SAC code 998314) will be emailed to you upon successful payment.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with AwaazUp within 7 days of your purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
- Not share your account with others
- Not attempt to reverse engineer the service
6. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create using AwaazUp. The generated posts, journeys, and carousels belong to you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
7. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AwaazUp is created using AI technology. While we strive for quality, you are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before posting to LinkedIn. We are not liable for any issues arising from AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
AwaazUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of AwaazUp after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
